These Conditions of Use & Sale govern access to astraspireconsulting.com and the purchase or booking of consulting, advisory, training, workshop, or related professional services offered by Astra Spire Consulting. By using the website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Conditions to the extent applicable.

Astra Spire Consulting is a professional advisory business operating from the United Arab Emirates and serving clients in the GCC and internationally. Our services include governance, risk and compliance, AI governance, ISO management systems, internal controls and audit readiness, ESG and sustainability governance, data privacy, training, and related advisory services.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, copy protected content unlawfully, or use the website in a way that could damage Astra Spire Consulting or another person.

Articles, insights, podcasts, downloads, and other public website content are provided for general information and education. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, regulatory, audit, certification, or other professional advice tailored to your circumstances. Formal advice is provided only within the scope of an agreed engagement.

Paid consultation options, durations, and prices are those displayed on the Book a Consultation page at the time of booking. A consultation is intended for focused professional discussion and guidance. Any subsequent assessment, implementation, documentation, audit support, training, or project work is separately scoped and quoted unless expressly included in writing.

Where online payment is available, payment must be completed using the payment methods shown at checkout. A paid booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully received and the appointment is acknowledged or confirmed by Astra Spire Consulting. Until a payment gateway is activated, the website may display a checkout stage without processing a charge.

Clients should attend at the agreed time and provide accurate contact and booking information. Requests to reschedule should normally be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling or refund where payment has been taken. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments may be non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by Astra Spire Consulting.

Corporate advisory, board advisory, assessments, implementation support, training, workshops, retained services, and longer-term engagements are subject to separate written scope, fees, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality provisions, and payment terms. A proposal or enquiry does not by itself create an engagement.

Clients are responsible for providing information that is accurate, complete, and timely, and for making their own business, governance, regulatory, technology, investment, legal, or operational decisions. Recommendations may depend on information supplied by the client and on the scope agreed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding, frameworks, methodologies, templates, graphics, training materials, and other intellectual property created or owned by Astra Spire Consulting remain protected intellectual property. A client receives only the rights expressly granted in the applicable engagement or deliverable.

We handle client and enquiry information with appropriate confidentiality, subject to applicable law and any contractual terms. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

The website may use third-party providers for hosting, forms, embedded video, scheduling, payments, or other functionality. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Astra Spire Consulting is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Astra Spire Consulting will use reasonable professional care in delivering agreed services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of general website information or from circumstances outside the agreed engagement. Nothing in these Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Where a separate written client agreement specifies a different or more specific governing-law or dispute-resolution provision, that written agreement will govern the relevant engagement.

We may update these Conditions when our services, website functionality, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date on this page shows the latest revision.
