This Cookie Policy explains how Astra Spire Consulting (“Astra Spire”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on astraspireconsulting.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Our current website is deliberately light on tracking. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads tracking or another advertising tracker.

Astra Spire privacy preference. When you make a choice in our privacy banner, we store that choice in your browser using local storage under the identifier astra_cookie_consent_v2. This is a necessary preference record, not an advertising cookie. It remembers whether you allow embedded media and expires after approximately 12 months unless you clear your browser storage sooner.

Embedded YouTube media. The Astra Spire Conversations / Podcasts page contains YouTube videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain (youtube-nocookie.com). In this website build, those embeds are not loaded until you allow the Embedded Media preference. Once loaded or played, YouTube/Google may receive technical and usage information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy terms.

Hosting and security logs. Our hosting provider may generate standard server or security logs such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and requested pages. These logs are not controlled by the cookie preference banner and may be necessary for delivery, reliability, fraud prevention and security.

Forms. When you intentionally submit a consultation or other website form, the information you enter may be transmitted to the form-processing service used by Astra Spire. Form submission is an action you initiate and is explained further in our Privacy Policy.

• Necessary: supports core site operation, security and storage of your privacy preference. This category cannot be switched off through our banner.
• Embedded Media: optional. Enables privacy-enhanced YouTube videos on the Podcasts page. If you choose Necessary only, the videos remain paused and third-party YouTube frames are not loaded.
• Analytics: not currently in use. If Astra Spire introduces analytics later, this policy and the banner will be updated before optional analytics tracking is enabled.
• Marketing: not currently in use. No advertising or remarketing tag is bundled in the current website build.

On your first visit, our privacy banner lets you choose Accept optional, Necessary only, or Manage preferences. Your choice is saved for approximately 12 months.

You can change your choice at any time by selecting Cookie Settings here.

You can also delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Doing so may cause the privacy banner to appear again.

Third-party providers may have their own privacy and cookie practices. At present, the third parties most relevant to this website are our hosting provider, Google for optional embedded YouTube videos, OpenAI when Astra AI Assistant mode is used, and the service used to process forms you submit. Selecting Arabic uses local browser storage to remember your language choice and does not set a translation-provider cookie. Astra Spire does not control cookies or storage placed directly by third parties after their services are enabled or used.

When a payment gateway, analytics service or advertising technology is added in future, we will revise this policy to identify the relevant provider and purpose before relying on it for optional tracking.

Astra Spire Consulting is based in the United Arab Emirates and serves clients internationally. We aim to provide clear privacy choices consistent with applicable data-protection requirements and recognised privacy principles, including clear notice and consent where consent is relied upon.

We may update this Cookie Policy when website technologies, service providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
